Pastor John 'JR' Wilson, Jr.

EM has been partnering with Pastor JR for several years now. We have grown to respect his ministry and his heart for his people, and he has become our dear friend. JR is active as the pastor of Tse ee Gai House of Joy Church in Black Mesa, AZ. Black Mesa is in the heart of the remote Arizona desert and because of this life is a challenge and employment opportunities are limited. JR has faithfully served his church, and he is active in connecting with other churches across the Navajo Reservation through local community involvement and his tent revival meetings. 

JR has partnered with EM mission teams to identify many Navajo families who are severely in need of home improvements or repairs, and he also is involved in food distribution for those in need. His goal is to reach his people with the gospel and share the love of Christ by meeting practical needs.

Because of the severe economic challenges facing members of his concregation, he does not draw a regular salary through his work at the church, and he would greatly benefit from additional financial support. This is why we are partnering with him to build a support base so that he can continue to be active in his minstry while having his personal needs met.
