My Story
As many of you know I went to Namibia with Experience Mission for one month this spring. That trip was indescribable and truly changed my life and my outlook on life. I thought I would be starting my sophomore year of college this fall but the Lord has some other plans in store for me! The door has opened for me to return to Africa for SIX months. I am beyond excited for this opportunity and overflowing with thankfulness.
While in Namibia I fell in love with the people and sharing God’s word and love to those who are SO hungry for the gospel. It was so impactful, and I felt a major pull in my heart to return. During the six-month trip we will be in three different countries; South Africa, Lesotho, and Namibia! I cannot wait to see the new things the Lord teaches me, the different cultures I will be able to experience, and all the special people I will come in contact with!!! We may be doing outreach ministries with churches, working in schools helping out a teacher, doing activities with kids, helping out our host family, working on farms, and most importantly building relationships with people to share the love of Jesus! I am so thankful God has given me this opportunity to share His love with the world! I hope you will support my team and I by praying for us as we prepare for this trip, and while we are there. There is also a financial need. The total I have to raise is $9700. This will cover my travel expenses, food, and lodging. Please prayerfully consider financially supporting me for this trip. Any amount is greatly appreciated but if you aren’t able to give financially, prayers are the most important need as we are spreading Jesus’ word to those who have never heard it before.
