My Story
I felt called to go on a mission trip almost a year ago. I was at a women's conference and they showed a video of a newly translated Bible being taken to a culture that had never heard the gospel simply because there was no Bible in their language. It really stuck out to me but I didn't know what to do with that calling. I finally looked up mission opportunities months after that conference and found this organization and this trip to Peru and Africa, and it completely called my name.
As nervous and excited as I am for this trip, I have felt both comforted and challenged by Joshua 1:9-
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
