My Story
Ever since I was young, I've wanted to go on a mission trip. I have a deep passion for serving and spreading God's love to people around me.
I have the opportunity to go to Israel this summer to do just that!
Not only will I learn some Arabic, work in and study agriculture in a Palestinian farm, I will also be able to visit various ancient sights that are important to me.
From Jerusalem to the quiet fields of Bethlehem, it's a place with a rich history for all three major world religions—Islam, Judaism, and Christianity. And although the differences in faith, ethnicity, politics, language, and economics may seem insurmountable, there are many people committed to living at peace with their neighbors and being a picture of God's hope.
My prayer is that this excursion will deepen my faith and understanding of the Bible, while connecting with Christians from all walks of life.
