The idea first popped into my head when I was about 9 years old. I had just heard from a guest speaker at my home church; a missionary from Africa. Sitting there in that pew, I felt the first prick on my heart and I thought to myself, "that's what I want to do." From that moment on, I have always adored traveling, meeting new people, and serving them for the Lord. I love to build relationships that last, not because we're the same or even have much in common, but because we are the body of Christ. I believe we all have a very specific purpose on this earth and in our lives, God has strategically placed us where we are and where we will go for a reason. He is intentional and purposeful; nothing is wasted. I am beyond thankful to have the opportunity to embark on this next phase in my life and pursue the Lord even further.
