My Story
For the past few months I have been praying very intentionally asking God where He wanted to take me next. Well, I am thrilled to finally announce that I was accepted into the 1 month Namibia Trip!
Serving has always been something I am very passionate about. I grew up in church and have been very involved in the worship team and youth group since I was 12. I knew growing up that God was calling me to do something in Ministry and I assumed I would go straight into the Worship side of Ministry. While I have not given up on my calling to worship, God has shown me over the last year that I need to expand my knowledge on his people and learn different ways to serve other than just the music side of things. This opportunity will not only help me serve others, but will give me the time away from the everyday distractions in order to listen to God more clearly about my future.
I could not do any of this without the support from my amazing friends and family!! First off, I would really appreciate prayer for my journey and for the rest of my team as we go on this adventure together!! Prayer is SO powerful! Please also be praying for all of the beautiful people I will be meeting and that they can see Jesus through our team as we build relationships with them!!
Other than prayer another way you can support my trip is financially! I know some are not able to support in this way and that is completely ok!! But, for those that feel led to donate I want to thank you so very much!! Every single dollar is a true blessing in my life and will help me be able to make a difference in the lives of the people God puts in my path!
