A few years ago, a good friend of mine told me each time I left my house, to remember than I am in my mission field. Every day I keep that reminder in my back pocket to be intentional in my relationships, old and new. For a while, God has been asking me to step out of my comfort zone and become bolder and braver in my faith, so I began to search for mission opportunities outside of my regular every day life. Once I stumbled across this 3M South Africa opportunity, I could feel it in my gut this was where God wanted me to go.

In Ephesians 2:10, Paul writes, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do”

I am so very excited to begin this adventure and I ask that you pray for my team and I as we go out into the world.
