Throughout the program, participants will engage with a range of local partners who offer an honest and grounded window into life in the Holy Land. This includes grassroots community organizations in Bethlehem, refugee camp educators, local families who host participants, and community centers that facilitate cultural exchange, cooking sessions, and conversations with youth. In Jerusalem, participants will be guided through the city's spiritual and social mosaic, with opportunities to meet Christian communities, visit local churches, and learn from voices rooted in the city's lived realities.

The journey also includes time on a family-run farm committed to nonviolence and earth care, as well as volunteering with initiatives that support refugees and vulnerable groups.

During the northern trip, participants will serve at Nazareth Village, dressing in clothing from the time of Jesus and welcoming visitors as part of the Nativity scene, providing a vivid connection to the historical context of the Gospels.

There is also space to meet members of an Orthodox Jewish community and religious leaders from Christian and Muslim faith, broadening understanding of the region's diverse identities. Together, these partnerships create an immersive experience shaped by hospitality, resilience, and meaningful engagement across different communities.

Ideal 6-Week Holy Land IMMERSION Candidate:

• Age 21 or older (required)
• Experience traveling outside of the U.S. (required)
• Interested in pursuing the intersections of faith and serving others
