My Story
I am an IUSB student who is in the Social Work program and finishing up my Spanish minor. I work part time at Elkhart General Hospital as a laboratory assistant. Most importantly, I am a follower of Jesus. I have been on a couple short term missions trips before but these past couple of years, the Lord has been calling me to commit to something a bit longer. I have always resisted, believing that I am just not cut out for the task and that my mission field is here at home, where I am safe and comfortable. While that is true and I do believe that my day-to-day life is a mission field, the best way to be completely humbled is by heading out to the unknown, trusting God with my mission, His calling and provision, and laying down my life to serve others. I cannot wait to see how God uses me to spread His love to others and learn how to rely on Him.Thank you for checking out my story and visiting my page!
