My Story
As you all know, I have been considering missions for this upcoming season of my life for a while now. I have finally reached a decision and couldn't be more excited! I am so excited to experience new cultures, meet new people, and allow the Lord to use me to do his work! As you can imagine, I have lots to do in terms of fundraising before departing THIS AUGUST! If you are reading this, I'd like to ask 2 things from you in order to help me accomplish my goal:

2) Share my upcoming stories, Spread the word so that I can gain partners in funding my mission.
with your help, and help from the Lord, I know that nothing is impossible. This is a big goal to reach, but the Lord is faithful and I know that this is attainable.
As time goes on, I will be actively posting on this blog with different goals I am hoping to reach. So stay tuned :)

FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND PEOPLE I LOVE,
First off, hello! :) I realized it has been a while since my last update and it's time to shout some praises. At the time of writing this, I am currently FOURTY PERCENT funded. It has been eleven weeks since I made the decision to pursue missions for the upcoming school year. In eleven short weeks, I have received a total of $6,207 in donations! (woohoo!!). I want to say a big thank you to everyone who has donated and prayed over this, THIS WOULDN'T BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT YOU!! I have learned so much throughout this time by spending time in prayer, in scripture, and through conversations with others. Fundraising can be extremely stressful at times and I thank God for the people he has put in my life to give me wisdom and peace throughout this journey. One conversation I had was with someone I look up to so much. As I shared my struggles throughout this process we talked about the ways I have been praying. I realized that I was asking God to equip me with the resources. While this is important, it's equally important that I give this whole thing over to God and ask that the amount I have left is covered. After praying over both of these things for a few weeks now, I have seen God working on his timeline as opposed to mine. Though it is stressful at times, I have grown so much through this process and love the ways God has used my community to bring me peace.

I will be keeping this brief because, honestly, I am struggling to find the words to express my gratitude.
