Over the past few years, God has revealed to me parts of my life that needed to be changed. The “change,” was not done gracefully, and it took many trials to gain some understanding. As things in my life shifted, it started to become extremely clear to me that if I lived this life on my terms, then I would soon become entirely subjected to the evils in this world and utterly defenseless. Although I am young and have a lot of years ahead of me, I feel as if I have been many people in this life. I have been happy, I have been depressed, I have been a follower, I have been a leader, and I have been versions of myself that I no longer recognize. By the grace, mercy, and unfailing love of Jesus Christ, I have never felt more alive and more like myself. I have been renewed in this life, and I know God, used every situation in my life to mold me into the woman I am today. Which is why I feel called to go on a mission trip. I aspire, to spread God’s fame by sharing my story and personal experiences.
