I grew up in Pennsylvania and I started going to church with my best friend at an early age, but I really only started having a personal relationship with God later on. I graduated early from high school and decided to get my priorities in order and I felt called to go serve others, so I went on a one month missions trip to Africa last year. When I was there I saw God work in so many ways and before I even left, I knew I was meant to go back. I've been praying since I came back and started college at the University of Central Oklahoma and I feel called once again to serve the Lord in Africa, specifically Namibia. I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to go back to the place that changed me for the better and never failed to make me smile.
