About the Student

Wesley is currently living with his great aunt and older brother. His father is not present in his life, and his mother is living with another relative because they can't afford rent. Housing is of course essential for a good life, but for Wesley education is just as important as having a roof over his head. For the past few years, his school tuition was able to be covered by a relative, but this relative has hit some financial hardships themselves and can no longer continue their support. Wesley is a dedicated and highly intelligent young man who desires to attend college someday and make a future for himself. This scholarship will get him one step closer to his goal.
