Axel Santiago, EM Summer Staff member in Belize, has been sharing some great updates via Instagram (@axeljhaveri) from the 2-week mission trip currently serving in King's Village. Here's a few snapshots!
"We are working together as one, building the Church of God. Culture and language is not a barrier when we are united in Christ. There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call—one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. (Ephesians 4:4-6 ESV)"
"For three years this group have come to Belize and have built relationships that will last for a lifetime. They came here excited to complete the church, but they didn't lost their focus. Building the Church is not about completing a building, but it is about building relationships in which the gospel, the love of Christ is shared. By the end of the week we witnessed four lives that gave their hearts to Christ. Praise the Lord!"
"It is impossible not to feel joy while serving with this amazing view of mountains, beautiful mornings and sunsets at Kings Village. God is great!"
